The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Walsh looking to land some kicks to the body here.
Walsh looks for the body kick but Anacoreta saw that one coming.
Anacoreta takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Walsh scoring well with a low kick there.
Anacoreta shoots in but Walsh avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Walsh scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Kaiden Walsh seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Anacoreta takes one to the side of the head.
Walsh is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Anacoreta takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Anacoreta changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Walsh tries to avoid it but Anacoreta manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Walsh to the ground. Walsh escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Walsh is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.
Walsh lands a lovely overhand right.
Anacoreta takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Anacoreta takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.

Anacoreta fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Walsh to the ground. Anacoreta is now in Walsh's guard.

Anacoreta is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Walsh wants to get back to full guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Anacoreta wants to pass the guard but Walsh is defending well.

Anacoreta has the hooks in and he's looking for a rear naked choke here. Walsh is defending well but eventually Anacoreta manages to get an arm under the chin and he's locked on the RNC! Walsh has no choice but to tap now! He does! This one is all over!
