PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Simon Slytherin (ranked 4153 p4p, 24779 weight class) and Andreas Gruber (ranked 469 p4p, 570 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Slytherin dips to his left and cracks Gruber with an uppercut!
Slytherin catches Gruber with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!

It looks like Andreas Gruber has been cut.
Gruber shoots in for a takedown but Slytherin shows good takedown defense.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
