With a record of 0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, India India!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Percy O'Donnell and Timothy Bukovac.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
India fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Woods avoids it really well and circles away.
A little feinted left hand from Woods on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.

Woods shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. India manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Woods pushes down on India's leg and manages to get into half guard.
Woods stalling.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Woods decides he's had enough of the ground and stands up.

That's one minute gone in the round.
India tries to clinch there but Woods circles away.

Woods closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Woods looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
Woods's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.
Both fighters working to control the clinch.

Woods pulls guard effortlessly.
Woods looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it.
Woods manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. India manages to get himself to full guard.

Woods is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and India defends it well.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Woods in particular looking to stall.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Woods prevents India from standing back up.

Woods decides he's had enough of the ground and stands up.
India tries to clinch but Woods is having none of it.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Woods uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.

India tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
India fails with the takedown

and Woods moves into the clinch.
India swings wildly with an uppercut but Woods uses good head movement to avoid it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
India is pressed up against the cage. Woods has hold of a leg and is looking to drag India down to the mat. India avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

Woods closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Woods lands in his opponent's guard.
India is breathing heavily.
Woods sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed India's guard.

Woods controlling the pace.
Woods missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.

Woods seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. India is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
