The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Peramaki throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Some wild striking there from McGuire.
McGuire avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Peramaki throws an ugly left hook that misses
and McGuire counters with a straight right hand.

It looks like Micco Peramaki has been cut.
McGuire tries to move into range but Peramaki moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Peramaki throws a nice looking combination but McGuire bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Peramaki misses with a looping right.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
McGuire lands with an overhand left.
McGuire fakes the leg kick and cracks Peramaki in the body.
A looping hook to the body misses from Peramaki. McGuire does a little dance to reset his feet.
Good standup being displayed there by McGuire as he connects with a hook.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
The fighters circling - Peramaki throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
McGuire steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Peramaki.
Peramaki misses with a wild body shot.
Peramaki works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Peramaki closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.

That has opened up Micco Peramaki's cut even more.
McGuire takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
McGuire closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Peramaki! McGuire dives in looking to finish! Peramaki is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
