PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Korelo Rodriguez (ranked 4311 p4p, 25381 weight class) and Tyler Westlake (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Westlake has chosen Tek It (Sped Up) as his entrance music. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

The judges for this bout are Dirk Anderson, David Hoff and Michael Johnstone.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Rodriguez changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Westlake looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Rodriguez content to sit in guard, stalling... Great. Oh but he could get punished here because Westlake has locked up a guillotine! Westlake's face is contorted as he sqeezes tight on the submission attempt - will he finish? Rodriguez is holding on here and Westlake must be using up a lot of energy. Rodriguez has gone limp! He's out! He's out cold! Westlake gets to his feet, tossing aside his stricken foe. Arms raised, he milks the applause from the crowd. Great submission!
