And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Doug Anderson!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Butcher moves into range and clinches up with Anderson.
Butcher looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Butcher can't break the clinch.
Anderson is trying to break the clinch but Butcher has him pressed against the cage.
Butcher could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Butcher gets underhooks to prevent Anderson's takedown attempt.
The pace really dropping off here, momentarily.

Anderson has clasped his hands together around Butcher's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done.
Butcher prevents Anderson from improving position.
Butcher tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Anderson wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

Anderson decides to stand up, so the ref orders Butcher to his feet.
Anderson uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Butcher has time to react.
Anderson grits his teeth and throws a big right-left combo! Butcher takes both shots clean on the chin and is out cold! Anderson cracks him once more on his way down, as the crowd goes wild! They enjoyed that one!
