Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Millard Masters (ranked 1220 p4p, 638 weight class) and Slash Shredder (ranked 107 p4p, 58 weight class). Masters comes into the arena with Enter the Sandman blaring out of the sound system. Slash Shredder has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Horrible takedown attempt by Masters or perhaps it was just good defense by Shredder, which made it look bad.
Masters takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

Masters seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

This entire fight has taken place on the feet so far and you wonder whether Masters might be better served trying to take this one to the ground because he's losing the standup battle so far.

Masters escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Shredder gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
