The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Percy O'Donnell and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hardman throws a jab when Kapula was well out of range.
The fight stays on the outside here - Kapula looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Hardman throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Kapula goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.

Kapula wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Hardman uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Kapula .
An inside leg kick lands from Kapula .
Kapula drops Hardman with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Hardman looks back up at him and smiles so Kapula waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Kapula throws the left hand but Hardman avoids the punch easily.

Hardman misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Kapula .
Kapula drops Hardman with a big left hand! Hardman is injured, injured bad! Kapula jumps in and finished him with strikes! The fight is over!
