The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Scaggs clinches up against the cage.
Scaggs lands on the inside with an uppercut.
McDonald is trying to maintain a safe position but Scaggs gets an underhook and turns McDonald into the cage.
McDonald tries to stall but Scaggs uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
McDonald displaying some good clinch control by pressing Scaggs up against the cage.

McDonald is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath.
The ref breaks the fighters up, due to lack of action by Ronald McDonald.
McDonald has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Scaggs finds it's way round the side to connect with McDonald's head.
McDonald swings for the body but Scaggs moves out of range.

McDonald tries to keep at a distance but Scaggs has taken the fight into the clinch.
