Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tyler Prater (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Felipe Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Silva has chosen SlipKnoT - Before I Forget as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Prater shoots in and bounces Silva off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Prater decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

Prater changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Silva tries to avoid it but Prater manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Silva to the ground. Silva escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Prater closes this distance looking for a takedown but Silva circles away.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Prater cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Silva is squirming around, avoiding Prater's attempts to control the action.
Felipe Silva is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.

Prater looking for a guillotine from mount but Silva is having none of it.
Silva is looking to get back to his feet - it's going to be hard from this position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Prater goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Silva turns into him and now he's in Prater's guard.

Silva gets to his feet - Prater follows without any prompting.
