Coming up we have a super heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Johnny Waldron (ranked 21360 p4p, 22370 weight class) and Kingsley Brown (ranked 264 p4p, 242 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 16 - 16 - 0, fighting out of London, Johnny Waldron!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 29 - 18 - 1, fighting out of New York, Kingsley Brown!
The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Taro Takaoka and Yukihiro Shimada.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Waldron tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Brown counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
It looks like Johnny Waldron has been cut.
Waldron looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Brown takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Brown lands an overhand right.
Brown's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Waldron connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Brown scrambles back to his feet.
It looks like Kingsley Brown has been cut.
Kingsley Brown seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Waldron takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Nice shot lands for Brown.
Brown scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Brown misses with a jab, cross combination.
A quick step to the side and Waldron tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.
Brown throws a body kick despite being completely out of range
and Waldron counters with a slapping leg kick.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

A slow jab from Waldron misses its intended target.
Brown throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
As Brown backs away, Waldron returns fire with a leg kick that just misses.
Waldron has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Brown finds it's way round the side to connect with Waldron's head.
Johnny Waldron's cut is getting worse.
Waldron moves out of range of the body kick from Brown.
It looked like Waldron wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.

Brown tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Brown throws a sloppy head kick and Waldron moves out of range easily.

Waldron is trying to close the distance and clinch up, after that failed offence from Brown.

Waldron takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Brown throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Waldron throws a leg kick but Brown sees it coming and moves out of range.
Brown comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.

Johnny Waldron's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.

Brown stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Waldron.
Waldron moves out of range of the strikes.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Brown throws a jab but it's blocked by Waldron.

Brown digs a good body shot into Waldron's ribs.

Waldron struggles to land a body shot inside as Brown controls his hands.
Waldron throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Brown blocks it with crossed arms.
Waldron tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
Brown tries to break the clinch but Waldron is controlling the position.
Brown lands a right hand that snaps the head of Waldron backwards.
Jeez, Johnny Waldron's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Kingsley Brown's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
