Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jallu Metsuri (ranked 4195 p4p, 4212 weight class) and Kerzie Scaggs (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Kerzie Scaggs!
The judges for this bout are Bart Greer, Daniel Franklin and Winston Alpacca.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Metsuri displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Scaggs throws out the jab.
Metsuri walks into a stiff left hand from Scaggs.
Scaggs lands with an uppercut that bounces Metsuri off the cage and back into range.
Metsuri drops his hands momentarily and Scaggs takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Scaggs lands a jab to the head.
No joy there for Scaggs, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Scaggs takes a swing at Metsuri's ribcage but misses.
As Scaggs tries to get set, Metsuri tries to push him back and clinch up but Scaggs manages to avoid the attempt.
Scaggs scores with a crisp jab that stopped Metsuri in his tracks.

The crowd cheers as Scaggs lands an impressive looking overhand right. Metsuri doesn't seem phased though.

Scaggs goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Metsuri moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Oh Metsuri is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Scaggs lands a big uppercut and Metsuri crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Metsuri looks OK. Scaggs waves Metsuri back to his feet!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Metsuri looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that.

Metsuri has not gone for a single takedown so far in this fight, which seems like a very strange tactic when you consider that he has the superior wrestling and BJJ.

That's time! Metsuri's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Scaggs lunges in with a left hook that violently twists Metsuri head around and knocks him out cold! Scaggs hops onto the cage and yells out at the top of his lungs - Yeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaah! They're showing the replay on the big screens now; that was nasty! I hope one of the photographers got a good shot of it.
