Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 21 - 15 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Balink Tarlah!
The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Trevor Gratis and Dillan Fox.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Burroughs cracks Tarlah with a right hand to the side of the head.
Tarlah swings widly with a right hand
and Tarlah takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Burroughs will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Tarlah misses with a straight left.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Burroughs takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.
The crowd are getting pretty annoyed with Burroughs for his constant stalling in the clinch and are voicing their displeasure.

Tarlah has picked Burroughs up - he's going for a ride! Tarlah dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard.

We've been hearing that Burroughs has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish.

Tarlah is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Tarlah has momentary wrist control but Burroughs slips an elbow through the middle.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Burroughs accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Tarlah not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Burroughs lands a couple of elbows.

Burroughs throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Tarlah.
Tarlah uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Burroughs.
Tarlah defending well as Burroughs loads up on a big left hand.
Tarlah swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Tarlah displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Burroughs throws out the jab.
Balink Tarlah seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

and Burroughs counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Tarlah throws a hook but Burroughs avoids it easily.
Burroughs was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.

Tarlah rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Burroughs counters with a left to the body.
Tarlah bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Burroughs's head.

Oh Burroughs is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Tarlah jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Tarlah swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
It looked like Burroughs was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.
Burroughs slips under a jab.
Tarlah throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Tarlah shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Burroughs uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Tarlah.
Tarlah looks to land a right hand but Burroughs moved out of range.
Tarlah throws an overhand right that drops Burroughs like a sack of potatoes! Tarlah dives in to finish the fight with more strikes and this one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:54 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Balink Tarlah!
