Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Chame Boxing Champ (ranked 1266 p4p, 22982 weight class) and Peter Golles (ranked 164 p4p, 557 weight class). Peter Golles told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boxing Champ connects with a good right hand that stumbles Golles. Golles circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Boxing Champ takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Boxing Champ lands a really nice looking cross but Golles seems unphased.
Boxing Champ stuns Golles with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.

Boxing Champ closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Golles wants to get back to his feet but Boxing Champ drags him back down.
We've been hearing that Boxing Champ has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish.

Boxing Champ is trying to get an arm triangle but Golles is defending well.

Golles pushes Boxing Champ away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Boxing Champ gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.

Golles really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Boxing Champ. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
