The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tamburello misses with a few strikes there.
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Tamburello!
Tamburello lands a nice hook to Magee's body. Magee takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

Tamburello sends Magee crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Tamburello is motioning to the referee to let Magee up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

It looks like Booger Magee has been cut.
Tamburello has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Magee scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Magee is looking to score with low kicks.
Tamburello looks to land a combination but Magee avoids it well.
Booger Magee seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Tamburello lands a slapping body shot.

Tamburello ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Magee is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Tamburello.
Magee definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Tamburello drops his hands momentarily and Magee takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.

Magee has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Tamburello finds it's way round the side to connect with Magee's head.
Magee tried to score with a low kick but Tamburello checks it.

Magee takes one to the chin there.
Magee walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.

Magee is rocked!
Tamburello cracks Magee with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Magee tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Tamburello pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Magee is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
