Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sinatra Pesonen (ranked 4430 p4p, 4011 weight class) and Kam James (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Sinatra Pesonen!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Kam James!
The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Steven Brown and Daniel Bishop.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
James moves in looking to clinch but Pesonen pushes him off.
James tries for a takedown but Pesonen sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Pesonen swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
James closes the distance looking to clinch
enabling Pesonen to counter with a crisp jab.

It looks like Kam James has been cut.
Sloppy strikes from Pesonen. Those never looked like landing.
James gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Pesonen counters with a right hand to the body.
James misses with a series of wild punches.
Pesonen throwing a counter right hand but James manages to avoid it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Pesonen swats away the attempt to clinch by James.
Jab, jab by Pesonen - just one landing.

That's one minute gone in the round.
James shoots in looking for a takedown. Pesonen tries to sprawl out of it but James keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Pesonen manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Sinatra Pesonen has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kam James.
James fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Pesonen avoids it really well and circles away.
Pesonen misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Pesonen just misses with a punch to the body.
Pesonen throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
James tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Pesonen manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Sinatra Pesonen is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Pesonen lands a big uppercut and James crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but James looks OK. Pesonen waves James back to his feet!

James is rocked!

and Pesonen counters with a crisp right hand that drops James! Pesonen lets James back up to his feet, looking for a finish!
James is still on wobbly legs! Can Pesonen finish him?

That's two minutes gone in the round.
James takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Pesonen grits his teeth and throws a big right-left combo! James takes both shots clean on the chin and is out cold! Pesonen cracks him once more on his way down, as the crowd goes wild! They enjoyed that one!
