Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Andre Filli (ranked 4832 p4p, 4001 weight class) and Denis Hadzo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Micheangelo Fripello, Colin Fray and Jeff Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hadzo is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Filli.
Filli displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Hadzo throws out the jab.
Nice takedown defense from Hadzo. No joy for Filli on that attempt.

Filli looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Hadzo is fending him off so far but Filli persists. Nope, Hadzo circles away and we're back to standing.

Filli's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action.

Filli changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Hadzo tries to avoid it but Filli manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Hadzo to the ground. Hadzo escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Filli closes the distance and clinches up with Hadzo, looking for a takedown. Filli pushes Hadzo against the cage but Hadzo circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Filli has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Hadzo finds it's way round the side to connect with Filli's head.
Hadzo has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
