The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dlask misses with a takedown
and Davis counters with a stiff right hand.

Dlask throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Davis tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Dlask is in Davis's guard.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Dlask accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Dlask working his ground and pound in the gym.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Dlask loads up on a big left hand. Davis felt that one! He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Dlask looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! Davis can't hide his disappointment, as Dlask celebrates the victory.
