The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Drummond loads up on a big right hand but IronSide slips the punch.

IronSide throws a head kick that misses.

The fighters circling - Drummond throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

IronSide seems to have recovered his senses.
IronSide told us before the fight that he's been working on his elbows. An under utilised technique these days - let's see if it can sway the outcome of the fight.
IronSide tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Drummond just stands there and leans against the cage.

IronSide blocks an uppercut.
Drummond lands with a short shot to the head.

Drummond pushes IronSide back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
IronSide takes an elbow to the temple.
We've been hearing reports that Drummond has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.

IronSide bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
A countering left hand to the body from IronSide misses.
Drummond ducks down and throws a big overhand right - it lands flush on the jaw, knocking IronSide out cold! The fight is over!
