Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sanchez lands a two punch combo.

It looks like Ross Nyland has been cut.
Sanchez lands with a thumping leg kick.
Sanchez looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Nyland shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Sanchez pinned against the cage. Sanchez gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Sanchez lands with a good body shot.
Sanchez throws a shot to the body.
Nyland chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Sanchez can pounce on him.
Nyland stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Sanchez.
Sanchez keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Sanchez connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Sanchez feints and then cracks Nyland's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Nyland down.
Nyland dives in and grabs Sanchez's left leg, looking for a takedown. Sanchez pushes down on Nyland's head and hops out.
Diego Sanchez has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ross Nyland.
Sanchez lands a nice looking body shot.
Nyland looks winded!
