Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Shichiroji San (ranked 848 p4p, 2388 weight class) and Ebubekir Siddik (ranked 120 p4p, 315 weight class). San comes to the cage accompanied by Seven Samurai. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
San throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Siddik tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
A quick step to the side and San tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.
Siddik shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as San sprawls well. San wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Siddik gets slowly back to his feet.

and San counters with a nice low kick that buckles Siddik's knee momentarily.

We've been hearing reports that San has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Shichiroji San tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
