The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bigalow with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Bigalow slips a jab and a cross from Drop.
Bigalow throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Drop stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Bigalow fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Drop to the ground. Bigalow is now in Drop's guard.
Bigalow postures up in Drop's guard and throws a big left but Drop blocks it.
Drop wants to control but instead he gets his guard passed and Bigalow is now in half guard.
Bigalow works his foot free and advances to mount.

Bigalow looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Bigalow lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.

The fighters circle momentarily. Bigalow darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Drop throws a head kick that misses
and Bigalow counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Drop thinking.

Drop looks to land a combination but Bigalow avoids it well.

A countering left hand to the body from Drop misses.
Drop misses with a double jab.
Martin Drop seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Drop drops his hands momentarily and Bigalow takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
The crowd cheers as Drop lands an impressive looking overhand right. Bigalow doesn't seem phased though.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Bigalow tries to get into range but Drop steps to the side and lands a beautiful hook that drops Bigalow! He's faceplanted into the mat, ass in the air... he's out cold! That's an image he won't want to show his grandkids when he gets older! Drop scores the big KO victory!
