Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Titan Ace (ranked 4382 p4p, 4678 weight class) and Petr Metr (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Titan Ace!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Petr Metr!
The judges for this bout are Ben Watson, Topper Green and Skip Squint.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Metr closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Ace misses with an elbow strike.
Metr drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Ace tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
Ace pulls Metr into guard.
Metr postures up.
Metr wants to control from the top but Ace keeps moving.
Metr passes Ace's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Ace is looking to improve his position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Metr seems to be working for a kimura but Ace defends the submission attempt.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Metr is thwarting Ace's attempts to control the position.
It looks like Metr is going to stand back up.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Metr moves into range and clinches up with Ace.
Metr is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Ace gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.

Metr works over Ace's head and body with a nice combination.

Ace tries to close the distance and clinch up but Metr swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Ace throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Metr was covering up waiting for the punch and Ace finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Ace stands up over Metr, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Metr shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Ace defends it nicely.
Ace tries to close the distance and clinch up but Metr swats him away and circles back towards the center.
A head kick from Metr lands but Ace takes it in his stride.

Ace dives in for a single leg takedown but Metr sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.

Ace changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Metr tries to avoid it but Ace manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Metr to the ground. Metr escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Metr throws a body punch but Ace moves out of range.
Ace shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
Metr wants to get back to his feet but Ace passes into half guard.

Ace takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.

Ace stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Metr to get to his feet.

Metr misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.

Nice takedown defense from Metr. No joy for Ace on that attempt.

Come on Metr - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.
Metr leaning against his opponent.
Metr is trying to drag Ace to the mat but Ace just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

Ace tries to land knees in the clinch but Metr avoids the damage to the body.

Petr Metr showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action. And we move into the final round!
Metr throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Ace throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Metr counters with a right hand to the body.
Ace tries to close the distance and clinch but Metr swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Metr lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.
Ace has his takedown stuffed
and Metr counters with a head kick. That will keep Ace thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!
Ace manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Metr on his heels. He'll look to pass Metr's guard now, I'm sure.
Ace got a little sloppy there for a moment and Metr has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Ace has managed to get both his arms back between Metr's legs - danger averted.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Metr not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Metr is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Ace is aware though and is defending well.
Ace wants to control from the top but Metr keeps moving.
Metr takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.

Ace postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.
Ace thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Ace is pushing down on Metr's leg trying to pass to half guard. Metr is fighting to maintain full guard but Ace has managed to sneak the leg through.
Titan Ace overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Ace passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Metr!
Ace sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment.
Ace wants to control the pace but Metr is squirming around nicely.

Ace prevents Metr from getting the reversal.
Metr tries to hold on but Ace pushes him away.
Ace lands a heavy elbow.
Ace raining down shots from the mount!
Metr is wriggling around trying to escape.
Ace is landing with some decent strikes but Metr is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
Ace controlling from the full mount.
Metr wants to improve position but instead he's given up his back.

Metr trying to control the hands but Ace won't let him.
Will Ace go for the finish here or will he try and keep control of the position?
