Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jake Peterson (ranked 3640 p4p, 2361 weight class) and Fury Tyson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Peterson comes to the cage accompanied by Berzerk by Eminem. Tyson has chosen Bad Pigs as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Fury Tyson!
The judges for this bout are Ben Hemmingworth, Skip Squint and Hugh Johnson.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Peterson fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Peterson really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Peterson rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Tyson moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Peterson shoots in and bounces Tyson off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Tyson can do anything to dispel that myth.

Tyson really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Peterson. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Tyson tries to lock up and control but Peterson gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

Jake Peterson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Peterson moves out of range of the strikes.
Peterson tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Tyson manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Peterson drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
We've been hearing that Peterson has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish.
Tyson wants to control but Peterson postures up.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Peterson will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Tyson throws out a loose jab but Peterson uses good head movement to avoid it.
Peterson fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Tyson avoids it really well and circles away.

Tyson might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

Tyson lands a big uppercut and Peterson crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Peterson looks OK. Tyson waves Peterson back to his feet!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Tyson is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Peterson.
Oh Peterson is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Tyson measures up his opponent and throws a superman punch that connects to the jaw! Down goes Peterson! The ref steps in, and that's the ball game folks!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:25 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Superman Punch). Fury Tyson!
Fury Tyson decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
