Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Papi Chichilla!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Gatis Ginters!
The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Marco Blurström and Tarja Halkonen.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ginters misses with a wild body shot.
Ginters uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Chichilla.
A low kick from Chichilla is predictable there

and Ginters counters with a shoot takedown. Chichilla fights it but they end up in guard.
Chichilla keeping moving, preventing Ginters from controlling successfully.

Ginters stands and steps away. Chichilla gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Papi Chichilla seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ginters shoots in for a takedown but Chichilla shows good takedown defense.
Chichilla fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Ginters looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Ginters is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

A telegraphed takedown attempt from Ginters is defended easily by Chichilla.
Chichilla lifts his leg as if looking to counter with a high kick.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Chichilla ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
A slow jab from Chichilla misses its intended target.

Chichilla lands with a shot to the body.
Chichilla works Ginters's body with a nice hook.
Chichilla lands a nice shot to the body.
Chichilla punishes Ginters's body with a nice straight punch.
Ginters takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Chichilla scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Chichilla stuns Ginters with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.

It looks like Gatis Ginters has been cut.

Chichilla drops Ginters with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Ginters looks back up at him and smiles so Chichilla waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Chichilla definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Ginters is starting to get sloppy and is letting his hands down. Chichilla just took advantage and landed a stinging jab. Oh! Now a right hook, right on the button! Ginters has gone limp and this one is over!
