Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Tacitus Kilgore (ranked 77 p4p, 55 weight class) and Jacque Joteel (ranked 14 p4p, 10 weight class). Joteel has chosen Moogwalze as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Good work by Kilgore as he checks the leg kick.
Kilgore lunges at Joteel with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Joteel's hand.
Jacque Joteel seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Joteel throws a poor cross that misses
and Joteel takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Kilgore lands a glancing blow to the side of Joteel's head.
Joteel misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Kilgore connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Joteel's hands.

We've been informed that Joteel has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
