Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Manuel Klecker!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Edgar Shark!
The judges for this bout are William Peck, Robert Douchet and Elvis Blanc.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Klecker gets tackled into the cage by Shark. Shark maintains the clinch.
Shark looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Shark is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Klecker pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Klecker drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Shark is trying to trip Klecker. He has hold of a leg but Klecker is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Shark persists though and gets the takedown into guard.
Klecker definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Shark being controlled here momentarily.
Shark trying to control but Klecker is working from the bottom.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Shark accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Klecker keeping full guard, as Shark tries to pass.
Klecker has Shark pulled in close to control his posture.
Klecker avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Shark with a flurry of punches that miss.

Shark loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Klecker utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Shark really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Klecker. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Shark trying to control but Klecker is working from the bottom.
Klecker pulls Shark in close to his closed guard and prevents Shark from doing any damage or advancing position.
Shark throws a big elbow that misses.

Klecker looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

Shark is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Klecker preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.

Klecker is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Shark has his hands clasped together but Klecker extends and breaks Shark's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Klecker.
