Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 13 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Leandro Narloch!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Shaun Irwin!
The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Andrew Berry and William Gold.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Narloch leaves Irwin with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Irwin throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Irwin tries to close the distance and clinch but Narloch swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
As Irwin looks to move away, Narloch throws a big counter combo but Irwin just gets out of the way.
Narloch avoids the head kick by Irwin.
A cross from Narloch lands.
Narloch definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Irwin with a lazy takedown attempt
and Narloch counters with a lovely straight right hand!

Irwin clinches.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Irwin breaks the clinch.
Irwin fails to land the takedown.
Leandro Narloch has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Shaun Irwin.
Irwin doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Narloch counters with a stiff jab, followed by a cross and an uppercut! That's too much punishment for Irwin to take - he tumbles to the canvas, blood pouring from his nose, barely conscious. That's the end of the fight! Great knockout by Narloch!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:05 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Leandro Narloch!
In defeat, Shaun Irwin stepped up to the mic, saying 'I would say that he is the better fighter, but I would be lying.'.
