The fighters bow as they face eachother in the middle of the mat and we are under way.

Smyth has Banner up against the cage in a clinch.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Banner has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

Banner tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Banner has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

The referee asks Banner politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Banner prefers to stall for the moment though.
