The judges for this bout are Hugh Johnson, Summer Carpenter and Skip Squint.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hunt shoots in for a takedown but Hawk shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Hawk works over Hunt's head and body with a nice combination.

It looks like Mark Hunt has been cut.

Hawk moves into the clinch.
Hawk gets underhooks to prevent Hunt's takedown attempt.
Hawk lands a right hand that snaps the head of Hunt backwards.
Hawk prevents Hunt from breaking the clinch.

Hunt manages to break the clinch.
Hunt shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Hawk pinned against the cage. Hawk gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
JT Hawk has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mark Hunt.

Hunt is staying active underneath Hawk, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

Hunt kicks off Hawk and gets to his feet.
Hawk stuffs the takedown attempt from Hunt. Hunt gets slowly back to his feet.
As Hunt looks to move away, Hawk throws a big counter combo but Hunt just gets out of the way.
Hunt looks winded!

Hawk shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Hawk showed some decent athleticism there.

Hunt pushes Hawk off and gets back to his feet.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Hawk closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Hawk keeps control of Hunt as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Hunt is trying to push Hawk away but Hawk has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Hawk misses with a body punch.

Hunt breaks the clinch.

Hawk lands a jab followed by a vicious hook that sends Hunt sprawling to the canvas. Hawk follows him down, looking for the kill. Can Hunt hang on?

Hunt is rocked!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Hawk lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Hunt is still in real trouble! Can Hawk finish him?
Hawk is looking to stand up but he'll have to free his leg first. Instead, Hunt manages to get to full guard.
Hawk wants to stand but Hunt has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
Hawk loads up on a big left hand. Hunt felt that one! He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Hawk looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! Hunt can't hide his disappointment, as Hawk celebrates the victory.
