Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 5 - 1, fighting out of St Petersburg, Alexander Petrov!
The judges for this bout are Lou da Vinci, Jonathan Paton and Reed Andrews.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Puma works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Puma cracks Petrov with a right hand to the side of the head.
Puma misses with a body shot.
Petrov misses with a body kick.
Petrov is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Puma.
Puma throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Petrov has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Puma looks to score with a jab to the body but Petrov is just out of range.
Petrov throws a counter combo.
Petrov pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Puma was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Puma pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Puma moves out of range of the body kick.
Puma takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Petrov connects with a single shot there.
Some wild striking there from Petrov.

Puma cracks Petrov with a big right hand and Petrov goes down!

It looks like Alexander Petrov has been cut.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Petrov looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Puma trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Puma passes easily into side control. Nice work.
Both fighters have adopted an aggressive gameplan on the ground!

Puma wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Petrov, who protects the arm well.

Puma has hold of Petrov's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Petrov seems comfortable defending it but Puma has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Petrov is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Petrov is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Puma couldn't care less - he's delighted!
