Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Ted Bremner (ranked 3648 p4p, 2201 weight class) and Dill Nickle (ranked 202 p4p, 129 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nickle avoids a low kick by using good footwork.

Bremner wants to stand and escape but Nickle is having none of it.

Nickle drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Bremner dives on top into guard.

Nickle is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Nickle has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Bremner is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Nickle has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Bremner is looking to defend but Nickle has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Bremner! Nickle pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Bremner taps out and this one is all over!
