The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Plax has a takedown stuffed.
Plax throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Plax doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Bacon counters with a nice body kick.
Supa Plax seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Bacon rushes Plax and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Plax pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage.
Bacon missing with knees to the body.
Plax throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Bacon blocks it with crossed arms.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Bacon lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!

It looks like Supa Plax has been cut.
Plax throws an elbow but it's blocked.
Bacon misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Plax.
Plax tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

Plax jumps guard but Bacon stands there with Plax around his waist. Plax gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
