Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dustin Mcfaul (ranked 3416 p4p, 3776 weight class) and Felix Fortuna (ranked 378 p4p, 408 weight class). Mcfaul comes to the cage accompanied by What's Poppin?. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Dustin Mcfaul!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Felix Fortuna!
The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, John Roberts and Bruno Lombardi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fortuna avoids the body shot from Mcfaul.
Mcfaul misses with a looping right.
Fortuna fails in his attempt to clinch.
Mcfaul checks a low kick from Fortuna.
Mcfaul misses with an uppercut.
A right-left combo lands from Mcfaul.
Fortuna looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Mcfaul throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Mcfaul listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
Mcfaul misses with a hook to the body
and Fortuna counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Fortuna dives in and grabs Mcfaul's left leg, looking for a takedown. Mcfaul pushes down on Fortuna's head and hops out.
Jab, jab by Mcfaul - just one landing.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Fortuna throws a low kick but Mcfaul moves out of range easily.
Mcfaul stuffs the takedown attempt from Fortuna. Fortuna gets slowly back to his feet.
Mcfaul is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.

Fortuna darts in looking for a takedown but Mcfaul gets double underhooks and turns Fortuna into the cage.
Dustin Mcfaul has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Felix Fortuna.
Fortuna looks winded!
Mcfaul throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Fortuna tries to counter by closing the distance.
Mcfaul tries to bum rush Fortuna with a series of wild strikes but Fortuna uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Mcfaul thows a left - swing and a miss!
Fortuna darts in looking for a takedown but Mcfaul gets double underhooks and turns Fortuna into the cage.

It looks like Felix Fortuna has been cut.
Mcfaul throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Mcfaul just misses with a punch to the body.
Mcfaul lands a jab to the head.
Mcfaul scores with a shot to the body.

The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Fortuna checks a leg kick.
Mcfaul lands a big shot that drops Fortuna! Can he finish him?
Fortuna is rocked!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Mcfaul with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.
Fortuna is still in real trouble! Can Mcfaul finish him?
Mcfaul looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.

Mcfaul not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Mcfaul stands up from guard. Let's bang!
Fortuna seems to have recovered his senses.
Dustin Mcfaul is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Mcfaul fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Fortuna, pushing him back against the cage.
Still in the clinch, Mcfaul scores with a nice short uppercut.
Mcfaul is looking to break free of the clinch but Fortuna has double underhooks.
Mcfaul is working Fortuna over against the cage.
Come on Mcfaul - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.
Mcfaul lands a body punch in the clinch.
Mcfaul lands with a short shot to the head.
A shot in the inside from Mcfaul.
Mcfaul breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Fortuna ducks straight into an uppercut from Mcfaul and tumbles to the canvas! It’s a flash knockdown though - Fortuna manages to regain guard straight away.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Mcfaul thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Fortuna working a defensive guard but Mcfaul passes into half guard.
Mcfaul is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Fortuna is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:43 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Dustin Mcfaul!
In his post fight interview, Dustin Mcfaul gave a big smile as he said 'I'm Back Bitches'.
