Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Xigua Tou (ranked 4821 p4p, 2267 weight class) and Damien Johnson (ranked 478 p4p, 288 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 0 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Damien Johnson!
The judges for this bout are Konstantin Menshow, Dmitry Maklakov and Viktor Lagutenko.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A momentary lapse in concentration from Johnson enables Tou to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Johnson manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Tou with a flurry of punches that miss.
Tou trying to control the position from guard on top but Johnson is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Johnson looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Johnson escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Tou gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Tou stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Johnson swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Tou wants to control from the top but Johnson keeps moving.

Tou loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Johnson is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Johnson wants to sweep here but Tou controlling him for the moment.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Johnson isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Tou stacks Johnson on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Tou!
Johnson manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Xigua Tou dominated that round.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Tou fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Johnson sprawls well initially but Tou persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Tou is nestled in close to Johnson, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Johnson wants to get back to full guard.

Tou is looking for a kimura but Johnson is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Tou to get the leverage.

Tou is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Johnson can do to turn this around?

Tou tries to pass the half guard into mount. Johnson knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Johnson is staying active underneath Tou, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

Johnson regains full guard, whilst avoiding punches from Tou.
Johnson has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Tou can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Tou got a little sloppy there for a moment and Johnson has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Tou has managed to get both his arms back between Johnson's legs - danger averted.
Johnson is looking for a triangle but Tou pushes his legs off easily.
Xigua Tou overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Johnson has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Tou should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Johnson has tightened it up now! Tou should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
