Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Dabur Ganiesh (ranked 5420 p4p, 24653 weight class) and Damjan Hernandez (ranked 589 p4p, 663 weight class). Ganiesh comes to the ring accompanied by Stach Stach. Dabur Ganiesh has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ganiesh scores with a spinning back kick!
Ganiesh fails in his attempt to clinch.
Ganiesh is looking to clinch.
Despite the aggression on Hernandez's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.
Ganiesh tries a head kick but it misses.
Ganiesh throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Hernandez's waist but Hernandez gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Ganiesh off to one side.

Hernandez has closed the distance and engaged Ganiesh in a clinch.
Hernandez lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.

Ganiesh successfully pulls guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Hernandez wants to stand but Ganiesh has a closed guard, so he can't escape.

Ganiesh is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Hernandez is looking to stand up but Ganiesh won't let him.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Hernandez tries to stand but Ganiesh is controlling from the bottom.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

Ganiesh looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Hernandez is defending well. Ganiesh quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Hernandez has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Ganiesh celebrates on the ropes, with the crowd.
