Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jango Watts (ranked 2368 p4p, 5749 weight class) and Amara Kan (ranked 308 p4p, 528 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Amara Kan!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A slow jab from Kan misses its intended target.
Watts is looking to counter punch.
Amara Kan seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Watts is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Kan looks to land a right hand but Watts moved out of range.
A looping hook to the body misses from Kan. Watts does a little dance to reset his feet.
A swing and a miss from Kan.
Kan throws a jab when Watts was well out of range.
Kan looks to land a left hand but Watts moved out of range nicely.
Watts takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
The fighters circling - Kan throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Kan uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Kan fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Watts circles away from the clinch attempt.
A big left from Kan misses.
Kan thows a left - swing and a miss!

Kan lands a left and a right that send Watts crashing to the mat, dazed. Kan thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Watts is rocked!

Kan has closed the distance and engaged Watts in a clinch.
Watts's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Oh Watts is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
A left hand lands to the body for Kan.
Watts is breathing heavily.
Watts letting Kan take a breather here.
Kan lands a big right hand that drops Watts! The killer instinct kicks in and Kan finishes his opponent with a series of strikes from mount. A dominating finish by Kan!
