Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Tommy Toehold (ranked 4321 p4p, 3103 weight class) and Gregon Dome (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Toehold gets a takedown into half guard.
Toehold takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Dome tries to roll over but Toehold keeps him under control.
Toehold knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Dome on the ground.

Toehold is looking to pass Dome's guard but actually Dome recovers to full guard.

Toehold has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.

Dome feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Toehold is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Toehold goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Dome turns into him and now he's in Toehold's guard.
