The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Apolo misses with a double jab.
Apolo fails with an attempt to clinch.
Apolo shoots in but Brooks avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Apolo shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Brooks sprawls well. Brooks wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Apolo gets slowly back to his feet.

Brooks dives in and scores a takedown into Apolo's guard.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Brooks cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
