Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jock McCann (ranked 4841 p4p, 3793 weight class) and Magomed Kozmas (ranked 500 p4p, 437 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Jock McCann!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Magomed Kozmas!
The judges for this bout are Ivan Kurochkin, Sergei Dronov and Konstantin Menshow.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kozmas waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract McCann.
McCann looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
McCann misses with a two punch combination.
Good exchange - Kozmas coming out on top.
Kozmas looks to land a right hand but McCann moved out of range.
Kozmas throws a lazy right hand but McCann sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
McCann pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Kozmas shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in McCann's guard.

McCann has his feet on Kozmas's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
McCann shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Kozmas as he jumps to the side.
Kozmas takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Kozmas looks winded!

McCann gets tackled into the cage by Kozmas. Kozmas maintains the clinch.

McCann decides to pull guard.

That's one minute gone in the round.

McCann looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Kozmas wants to pass the guard but McCann is keeping the position.

Kozmas avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Kozmas being controlled here momentarily.
McCann tries to land a sweep but no joy.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
McCann is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
McCann is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
McCann takes a jab right on the kisser.
McCann slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
McCann keeps Kozmas at a distance using the push kick.
Kozmas avoids the body shot from McCann.
Kozmas tries to close the distance and clinch but McCann swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
McCann is looking for a counter combo.

McCann instigates a clinch.
The referee is keeping an eye on McCann - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.

That's three minutes gone in the round.

McCann escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
McCann sizes up Kozmas with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Kozmas takes one to the chin there.

Kozmas is rocked!
Nice sprawl there from Kozmas as McCann shoots in.
Kozmas is still on wobbly legs! Can McCann finish him?
Kozmas loads up on a big right hand but McCann slips the punch.
McCann gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Kozmas seems to have recovered his senses.
McCann throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Kozmas's head.
McCann and Kozmas are patiently standing in front of each other looking for an opening. McCann throws a head kick. It's landed, knocking Kozmas into next week! Ooooh that was huge! McCann knows it - he's on the cage flexing is biceps. That's a bit weird considering he won by kick but whatever.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:49 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Jock McCann!
Jock McCann spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
