Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Nethyn Valno (ranked 1332 p4p, 1767 weight class) and Bruno Neves (ranked 196 p4p, 256 weight class). Valno kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Blue Ice. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Valno throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Neves sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Valno connects with a body shot.
Valno throws out a loose jab but Neves uses good head movement to avoid it.
Neves swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Valno throws a body punch but Neves moves out of range.
Neves tries to counter with a clinch but Valno shakes him off and moves away.
Valno throws a nice looking combination but Neves bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Valno lands with a good body shot.
Valno throws the kick towards the body but Neves avoids it.

and Neves counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Neves.

Neves takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Neves sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.

Bruno Neves's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

It seemed like Neves was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
