Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Kai Chisaki (ranked 1376 p4p, 1300 weight class) and Junk Yard Dog (ranked 190 p4p, 180 weight class). Dog has chosen Baha Men - Who Let The Dogs Out as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chisaki throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Dog's waist but Dog gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Chisaki off to one side.

Chisaki circles away from the clinch attempt.
Dog lands a leg kick that knocks Chisaki off balance momentarily.

enabling Chisaki to counter with a crisp jab.
Dog tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Chisaki manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Dog gets in close and instigates a clinch.
This has been an exciting period of action!
A head punch on the inside from Dog fails to land.
Dog tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
A left hand lands to the body for Dog.

Chisaki has clasped his hands together around Dog's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Chisaki drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Dog manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Chisaki has Dog in his guard.

Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Dog in particular looking to stall.

Chisaki dives in and grabs Dog's left leg, looking for a takedown. Dog pushes down on Chisaki's head and hops out.

Junk Yard Dog comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Dog has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
