PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Test Five (ranked 5439 p4p, 23165 weight class) and Bsmds Nasmfus (ranked 186 p4p, 176 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 15 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bsmds Nasmfus!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sloppy strikes from Nasmfus. Those never looked like landing.

Nasmfus gets a clinch.
Nasmfus has Five pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Five manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
Five prevents a takedown attempt there.
Nasmfus dictating the pace here, as the fighters clinch against the cage.
The referee calls for Five to work.
Five lands a right hand.
Nasmfus tries to pull guard but Five won't allow it.
Test Five has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bsmds Nasmfus.
Nasmfus goes for a takedown attempt but Five pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Five moves out of range of the body kick from Nasmfus.
Nasmfus tries to move into range but Five moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.

It looks like Bsmds Nasmfus has been cut.
Five digs a good body shot into Nasmfus's ribs.
Nasmfus is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Nasmfus fails with an attempt to clinch.
A punch combination from Nasmfus misses.
Five swinging wildly here.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Nasmfus shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Five as he avoids it easily.
Nasmfus keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Nasmfus avoids the body shot from Five.
Nasmfus throws a counter combo.
Five displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Nasmfus.
As Nasmfus tries to get set, Five tries to push him back and clinch up but Nasmfus manages to avoid the attempt.
Nasmfus tries to close the distance and clinch but Five swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Nasmfus shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Five defends it nicely.
Test Five is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Nasmfus throws a body punch but Five moves out of range.
An inside leg kick from Nasmfus misses.
A decent looking cross lands there for Five.
Five works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Nasmfus uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Five.
Nasmfus with the counter takedown but Five avoids it easily.
Five lands a glancing blow to the side of Nasmfus's head.

Nasmfus is rocked!

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Nasmfus takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Nasmfus is still on wobbly legs! Can Five finish him?
Five cracks Nasmfus with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Nasmfus tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Five pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Nasmfus is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
