Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Charles Henson (ranked 4597 p4p, 4596 weight class) and George Jr (ranked 0 p4p, 489 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Steven Brown and Chris Edwards.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Henson tries to close the distance and clinch up but Jr swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Jr clinches with his opponent.
Jr is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.

Jr's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Horrible takedown attempt by Henson or perhaps it was just good defense by Jr, which made it look bad.
Henson tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Jr defends well and Henson ends up having to push Jr into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Henson throws a punch but it's blocked by Jr.

Jr has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Henson is trying to keep an underhook but Jr manages to get the takedown into half guard.
Henson is looking for a sweep. Jr is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Jr seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
Jr prevents Henson from improving his position.

Jr is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Henson has managed to free his arm - good work.

Jr wants to stand up but Henson has a hold of him and won't allow it.
Henson knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Jr on the ground.
Henson wants to control but Jr is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Jr tries to stand but can't do so whilst Henson controls his leg.

Jr wants to pass to mount but Henson is defending the position.
Henson is in trouble now - Jr has advanced to mount!
