The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dixon has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Barnes.
Barnes circles away from the clinch attempt.
Dixon ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Barnes moves away.
Barnes throws the kick towards the body but Dixon avoids it.
Barnes misses with a wild body shot.
Dixon fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Barnes manages to avoid it.
Sloppy strikes from Barnes. Those never looked like landing.
Dixon takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
