Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Edward Smith!
The judges for this bout are Michael Johnstone, David Hoff and Peter Branson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fight moves into the clinch position.
Kolosowky breaks the clinch.
Kolosowky misses with a body kick.
Smith's jab looks to have found its range, popping Kolosowky under the eye.
It looks like Ivan Kolosowky has been cut.
Smith moves forwards but Kolosowky connects with a nice, crisp jab.
It looks like Edward Smith has been cut.
Kolosowky tries to clinch up
and Kolosowky takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Smith lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Smith cracks Kolosowky with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Kolosowky is rocked!
Smith circles away from the clinch attempt.
Oh Kolosowky is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Smith swats away the attempt to clinch by Kolosowky.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Smith takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Kolosowky seems to have got his legs back now.
Smith cracks Kolosowky with an uppercut from hell and Kolosowky crumples to the canvas, he's out! Oh no, he's recovered and he's grabbed one of Smith's legs and pulled him into guard. The ref thought about stopping it there but he's let it go - good reffing!
Smith content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.
Kolosowky controls Smith momentarily but Smith frees himself.
Kolosowky working for a triangle but Smith defends it easily.
Smith prevents Kolosowky from getting back to his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Smith forces his way into half guard.
Smith thows a huge punch but Kolosowky dodges it nicely.
Smith sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Kolosowky defending well though.
Smith works his way into side control.
Kolosowky tries to bench press Smith off him but Smith keeps the position.
Kolosowky on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Kolosowky tries to get out of the position.
The strikes coming from Smith are missing the target in this wave of attacks.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Smith works to advance to full mount. Kolosowky defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.
Smith throws some wild stikes that Kolosowky manages to avoid easily.
Kolosowky is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.

Kolosowky squirming around on the bottom, looking to escape.
Smith cracks Kolosowky with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Smith postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have Kolosowky in real trouble here! The ref calls for Kolosowky to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Edward Smith!
A relieved looking Edward Smith thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
