Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mikael Johansson (ranked 5142 p4p, 4631 weight class) and Phol Hunter (ranked 575 p4p, 541 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Both fighters are only really looking to counter, so after a good 30 seconds of circling each other endlessly, the referee has stepped in and told them both to be more aggressive.
Johansson misses with a right hand
and Hunter counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Hunter lands with a cross.
Johansson rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Hunter counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Johansson throws out a loose jab but Hunter uses good head movement to avoid it.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Hunter! But no joy.
Johansson throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Hunter connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Johansson drops his hands momentarily and Hunter takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Hunter connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Johansson throws a hook but Hunter blocks it.
Hunter keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Johansson.
Johansson throws an off balance right hand
and Hunter counters with a stiff right hand.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Hunter lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.

And that's the end of the fight!
Phol Hunter comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Hunter has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
