Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Vvv Vvv (ranked 24269 p4p, 6603 weight class) and Pagadianon Inday (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Vvv Vvv has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 10 - 23 - 3, fighting out of Las Vegas, Vvv Vvv!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 20 - 16 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Pagadianon Inday!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, George Francis and Frank Dennis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Vvv looks for a takedown but Inday sprawls well.
Inday misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Inday looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Vvv is fending him off so far but Inday persists. Nope, Vvv circles away and we're back to standing.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Inday dives in for a single leg takedown but Vvv sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
It appears Vvv was looking to counter with a kick there.
Vvv Vvv has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Pagadianon Inday.
Inday blocks a head kick by Vvv.

A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Inday.
And Vvv counters with a quick kick to the body but Inday blocks it.
Vvv tries to clinch up but Inday circles away and keeps his distance.
Inday replies with a solid counter kick to the body but Vvv blocks it well.
Inday tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Vvv defends well and Inday ends up having to push Vvv into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

Vvv scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.

Vvv is figuring out what he wants to do next.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Inday is refusing to be controlled, as Vvv sits in half guard.
Inday missing with punches from the bottom.
Vvv prevents Inday from improving his position.
Inday is controlling Vvv's position as best he can from this difficult position.

Inday's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
Inday is continuing to stall.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
Inday stuffs the takedown attempt from Vvv. Vvv gets slowly back to his feet.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Inday displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Vvv.
Inday fails with the takedown.
Vvv is looking to counter with a body kick.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Vvv fails to land the takedown.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!


Vvv dives in and scores a takedown into Inday's guard.
Inday is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Inday can do anything to dispel that myth.
Let's hope that Inday has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Vvv won't allow Inday to sweep him here.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Inday is pulling down on Vvv's head. It's preventing any offense from Vvv, at least for the moment.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Vvv wants to stand but Inday is controlling his posture from full guard.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
Vvv shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Inday as he avoids it easily.
Vvv is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Inday can do to turn this around?

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Vvv changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Inday tries to avoid it but Vvv manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Inday to the ground. Inday escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Vvv fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Vvv Vvv. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Vvv throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Inday was covering up waiting for the punch and Vvv finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Inday is pulling down on Vvv's head to control his posture.

Vvv controls from within his opponent's guard.
A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Inday holds on and takes a little breather.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Inday is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Vvv is controlling him.
Inday is pulling down on Vvv's head to control his posture.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Vvv wants to stand but Inday is controlling his posture from full guard.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Vvv Vvv dominated that second round.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

No luck with that takedown attempt from Vvv.

Inday closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Vvv is trying to stand back up but Inday is controlling him
Inday is controlling the pace.
The adventures of Inday the control monster continue. Boring.

Vvv is looking to escape.
Vvv moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
Inday controlling from the top position.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Vvv kicks Inday off and gets to his feet.
Inday throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Vvv throws a quick counter head kick but Inday was just out of range.
Inday will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Vvv quickly followed up with a counter body kick but doesn't connect.
Vvv pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
A countering left hand to the body from Inday misses.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Inday shoots for a takedown but Vvv saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Inday shoots in and gets a takedown into Vvv's guard.
Vvv is looking to stand back up but Inday counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Vvv.

Inday performing his best blanket impression for a moment.
Inday not landing any meaningful shots this time.

Inday is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.
Pagadianon Inday has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Vvv Vvv is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Vvv is trying to stand up here but Inday is controlling him well.

And that's the end of the fight!
I would just about give that final round to Pagadianon Inday.
Well Vvv has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
