Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dinny McDowell (ranked 4940 p4p, 3420 weight class) and Rajko Mijatovic (ranked 555 p4p, 432 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The judges for this bout are Winston Alpacca, Dirk Anderson and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McDowell looks to land a right hand but Mijatovic moved out of range.
Mijatovic wants to counter with a clinch but McDowell pushes him away.

and Mijatovic counters with a one-two to the body.
Mijatovic looks to land a combination but McDowell avoids it well.

and Mijatovic counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps McDowell thinking.

Mijatovic drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Mijatovic jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

That was a close round but I would say that Dinny McDowell will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
