The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wearmouth plants his feet and throws a devastating head kick! It connects square on Ebata's ear and has knocked him out cold! No need for a count here as the referee immediately tends to a stricken Ebata, crumpled in the corner! Wow, what a finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:05 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Dave Wearmouth!
Dave Wearmouth decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
